SOLO STUDIO

AtsuKoubo is an independent, one woman studio crafting small batch handmade jewelry, art, and Everyday Carry (EDC) items. I handle every step of the process, from the initial design to final hand polishing and shipping.

 

HANDMADE PROCESS

My pieces are made using the traditional lost wax casting process, primarily in sterling silver, and I finish each one individually by hand. While each piece will match the design shown, this hand finishing process naturally creates subtle variations in patina and surface details. No two are exactly alike, making every piece truly unique.

 

LIMITED RELEASES

All of my pieces are created in small quantities and released in limited runs. I don’t restock or rerun the same design, so each collection is distinct.

I do not accept custom commissions, private direct sales, or reservations. My pieces are only available via my private Facebook group and occasional in person shows.

 

PRIVATE GROUP EXCLUSIVE

Releases are shared exclusively via unlisted links within my private Facebook group. Products will not appear on the public website or collection pages.

Membership requests are manually reviewed and admission is determined based on your active involvement and history in the EDC community. To protect drops for existing group members, new membership requests submitted during live drops or giveaways are screened only after the event finishes.

Please do not message the admin team asking to be let into the group or checking on your request status.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping is currently available within the US only. If you're outside the US and would like to place an order, please use a US based forwarding service or proxy address. Please note: If you choose to use a forwarding or proxy service, I can't be responsible for packages once they are delivered into the hands of the forwarding company.

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. A tracking number will be provided when the shipping label is created. Please allow time for tracking to update after the carrier scans the package.

Domestic Rates:

Contiguous US (Lower 48):

• Free Standard Shipping - USPS Ground Advantage
• USPS Priority Mail - Available as a paid upgrade

Non-Contiguous US (AK, HI, PR):

• USPS Priority Mail Only - Available at a fixed flat rate

Please double check your shipping information at checkout to avoid delivery issues. Occasionally, unexpected USPS delays or lost packages may happen. While these are rare and outside of my control, I’ll do my best to help if something goes wrong.

 

STUDIO POLICIES

Due to the handmade and limited nature of my work, all sales are final. I’m unable to accept returns or cancellations. Please take the time to carefully read the description and review the photos before placing your order.

 

PRODUCT CARE

As with all sterling silver, your piece will naturally darken over time. This aging process is normal and does not harm the metal.

To clean your piece of everyday dirt and grime, use mild soap, water, and a soft cloth to dry. Do not use chemical jewelry cleaners or liquid dips, as these can strip away the patina. If you wish to brighten the highlights, lightly buff the raised areas with a soft polishing cloth, taking care not to remove the deeper, recessed oxidation.

To keep your piece looking its best, avoid prolonged contact with moisture, harsh chemicals, or abrasive surfaces.
